Romney Concedes Election and Endorses Obama

In a stunning turn of events Mitt Romney has conceded the 2012 election and endorsed President Obama for another four year term.

Speaking with Jon Ralston, Romney said, "if (voters) feel the economy is going in the right direction, they ought to vote for Barack Obama."

For once, Romney is right. With 23 consecutive months of job growth, with 10 consecutive quarters of GDP growth, with jobless claims at their lowest levels in 4 years, and with the unemployment rate falling to its lowest level since January 2009, one can only conclude the economy is going in the right direction. And as Romney says, this means President Obama should be re-elected.

I have to say, it is magnanimous of Romney to cut such a ringing campaign commercial for the Obama campaign.

No... It's not an Onion parody. And although I assume Mitt Romney wouldn't agree with the headline, the logical consequences of what he said amount to the same thing.

There is no doubt, even by admission of many Republicans, that the economy is headed in the right direction. So... what else could one possibly conclude from Romney's comment. The only way out for Romney is to convince everyone that the economy isn't headed in the right direction.

Thanks, Mitt! That's the most intelligent thing you've ever said.

Clipped to Satire Group. That's what he gets for taking Obama out of context!

Romney spends so much time trying to be a prick that he inadvertently took a poke at the Republicans' own bubble. Mittens, first rule of bull@!$%#ting - you never. EVER. EVER ask people to open their eyes or to think.

This guy needs to join "The Toast Masters" to learn how to speak WITHOUT PUTTTING HIS FOOT IN HIS MOUTH!

Whatever! Who cares anyway! He is a billionaire that has no clue how the rest of us live from paycheck to paycheck. Buying a $10.00 pizza is a treat for many, and he does not give a #$% about the poor...SAID IT HIMSELF!

That's right! We WILL VOTE FOR OBAMA JUST LIKE YOU ARE RECOMMENDING IT......THANKS!

Hilarious. Thanks, Mitt. Yes, I think the economy is headed in the right direction, despite the GOP's best efforts to derail it and spiral the US into failure/despair/fear.

Why do you think "social" issues are front and center AGAIN with the Republicans? They know they can't win on the economy so their next best plan is divide and conquer. Do you really think they will enforce one-man-one-woman-forever, deny contraception, eliminate abortion, and sanction "Christianity" as the national religion?

Everything you listed would require them to do some actual legislative work, which if we check the 2010 congress' docket we find that they have no interest in doing, other than re-naming buildings.

Yeah they may convince the sheeple to elect them, but they don't have the guts to do the real work.

Just getting a jump on Novembers news cycle, Robert? LOL

I have noticed these economics numbers too. Some say that the growth is still too slow. I say "slow growth is real growth". I mean whats the point in replacing one bubble with another? Which is what we have been getting now for about four decades, bubble after bubble after bubble. Which suckers like you and me end up paying for.

When I think about how bad things were I wanna slap these crybabies who think that we should be immediately made whole again. It doesn't work like that. When things bust as bad as they did it takes time to fix them.

Excuse me, I meant to say "the past three decades" not four. Right about the time of St. Reagan.

if the economy is headed in the right direction,it is in spite of not because of any of obama's programs. If romney had endorsed Obama he needs to be checked for dementia which is the biggest single reason for supporting Obama
